The anyfeed iQ900 is delivered as a turnkey flexible feeding station, customized for specifc customer requirements.
Part feeding with one ore more anyfeed units, part handling with a high-speed 4-axis linear robot and computer vision, it's all seamlessly integrated. The anyfeed iQ is ideal for all applications which require a high degree of flexibility with regards to part shape, part output format, and quick product changeover. It is used as an easy-to-integrate subsystem in large factory automation lines as well as for standalone solutions.
Users can easily add new parts and define various output formats via the intuitive graphical user interface.

Performance: The system is suitable for bulk parts with characteristic lenghts ranging from 0.5 to 60mm and can achieve outputs of up to 60 parts per minute.

Applications: Standalone feeding solution for machine loading, part counting, packaging, assembly, quality control and much more.
