The flexfeeder XQ series
The next stage in the development of the proven flexfeeder.
Reliably feed and correctly supply small and very small parts: The feeders in the Flexfeeder XQ-series define the current state of flexible feeding technology. Designed as a complete system, they offer all the necessary functions for smooth part changeover and maximum variant diversity - one feeder for everything.
Thanks to the fully integrated camera, toplight and control system including touchscreen, commissioning is reduced to a minimum. The systems are pre-configured and wired ready for operation - a real advantage over conventional solutions. Intuitive operation takes place via the integrated touchscreen, which provides valuable performance data during production as well as simple parameterization.
The feedware XOS software forms the central platform for control, monitoring and integration. This makes every flexfeeder in the XQ series the ideal partner for collaborative robots - intelligent, efficient and future-proof.
The flexfeeders in the XQ series are currently available in three versions/variants:
flexfeeder XQS - for the most common applications
flexfeeder XQM - for the requirements of the medical technology, pharmaceutical and healthcare industries
flexfeeder XQE - for the requirements of the electronics industry
Our customers master the technology independently after a very short time: Training takes just 1 day and can also take place on your premises if required. All flexfeeders come with plug-ins for almost every common industrial robot, ensuring maximum compatibility and a quick start.
