The flexfeeder XQM has been specially developed to meet the requirements of the medical technology, pharmaceutical, and healthcare industries.
In addition to all the features of the flexfeeder XQS, which is the standard for the most common applications in flexible feeding, the flexfeeder XQM meets the requirements of industrial sectors where not only first-class reliability and availability of the systems are important, but also aspects such as particle emission and easy-to-clean special surfaces play a significant role.
The flexfeeder XQM is suitable for use in clean rooms and uses only FDA-compliant materials for all surfaces that come into contact with the feed material. The lockable hopper, which can be opened using a code scanner, ensures increased safety in the production process.
Together with the industry variants XQS and XQE, the feeders represent the current state of the art in flexible feeding technology.
With a fully integrated camera tower and ready-to-use cabling, the flexfeeder XQM drastically reduces commissioning times compared to all previous systems. The integrated touchscreen simplifies parameterization and operation and immediately provides valuable performance data during ongoing production.
This makes every flexfeeder XQM the ideal partner for collaborative robots.
Our customers master the technology we supply completely independently. The scope of delivery of each system includes plug-ins for almost every common industrial robot. Training for the commissioning of all flexfeeder systems takes just one day and can also be carried out on site if required.
