The latest generation of flexfeeder XQ in the S version [flexfeeder XQS] is used wherever no special requirements are placed on the processing process, such as cleanroom capability or processing of electrostatically sensitive parts.
The flexfeeders XQS are therefore the first choice for the most common applications and pay for themselves through their high flexibility alone.
Thanks to the use of high-quality, durable components, such as the brushless servomotors and the option of quick, uncomplicated part changes, the flexfeeder XQS, together with the two other industry variants flexfeeder XQM and flexfeeder XQE, characterizes the current state of flexible feeding technology.
Designed for current and future parts, all feeders in the flexfeeder XQ series are an investment that quickly pays for itself.
With a fully integrated camera tower and ready-to-use cabling, the flexfeeder XQS drastically reduces commissioning times compared to all previous systems. The integrated touchscreen simplifies parameterization and operation and immediately provides valuable performance data during ongoing production.

Our customers master the technology we supply completely independently. The scope of delivery of each system includes drivers for almost every common industrial robot. Training for the commissioning of all flexfeeder systems takes just one day and can also be carried out on site if required.
