The flexfeeder XQE has been specially developed for the specific requirements of the electronics industry.

All models are designed and equipped to prevent electrostatic discharge in order to safely feed electronic components. Various applications such as PCB assembly, assembly of electronic components, all types of parts inspection, or testing and packaging of electronic consumer goods can thus be carried out without any problems in the electrostatic protected area (EPA).

Together with the industry variants XQS and XQM, these feeders represent the current state of the art in flexible feeding technology.

With a fully integrated camera tower and ready-to-use cabling, the flexfeeder XQE drastically reduces commissioning times compared to all previous systems. The integrated touchscreen simplifies parameterization and operation and immediately provides valuable performance data during ongoing production.

This makes every flexfeeder XQE the ideal partner for collaborative robots.

Our customers master the technology we supply completely independently. Plug-ins for almost every common industrial robot are included with every system. Training for the commissioning of all flexfeeder systems takes just one day and can also be carried out on site if required.
